Bill Staley
Bill’s fascination with trees was cultured growing up on a farm in western Indiana. Most days after school and weekends were spent in the woods. In high school he and a friend started a business selling firewood. During college he worked construction and received a degree in business with a minor in biology.
Bill is married and has two teenage children. His career has encompassed manufacturing, custom home building, and land development. However, the fascination with woodlands and preservation drew him to help create a responsible land management company using state of the art equipment, while collaborating with the best consultants to help landowners manage their woodlands.
Adam Bowman
Adam, a Plainfield native and Danville resident, has always had a passion for the outdoors. After graduating from the University of Evansville with a biology degree, Adam pursued additional schooling at Purdue in Landscape/Horticulture and Design, and Agronomy.
He’s been the owner/operator of Bowman Boys Stump Removal for nearly 25 years, winning Hendricks County’s Small Business of the Year in 2014. In 2016, he became a certified arborist. He’s married to Renee and has two children, Drew and Emily.
Chad Whitecotton
A long time resident of Montgomery County, Chad holds a B.S. in Graphic Design and Print Technology. He has owned and operated a commercial lawn mowing and landscaping company located in Crawfordsville.
He's been married for 25 years and has two teenage boys. Hobbies and interests include canoeing, whitewater kayaking, camping, sailing and playing guitar.
Drew Ferguson
Drew grew up on a family farm consisting of both row crops and cattle. He graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Safety Management. When Drew's not at work he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoys working with his own small cattle herd.
